If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason please contact us at info@pipsqueak.com.au to discuss the return and refund of the purchase.

We will gladly refund your purchase no questions asked.  If you wish to return it we will refund the purchased amount (less postage costs) by the same means of your payment we practicable. 

Refunds will be given once the purchase has been returned and received by Pipsqueak Designs Australia and only if it is unused and in good condition.  It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit.

Except where required by law, all returned products must be:
1. Unused and in original condition
2. Undamaged
3. Returned within 30 days of delivery
4. In a saleable condition upon return
